A combination of 3ds Studio Max (or similar software, Maya), Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, and Adobe Photoshop.

3D Software for the portions that require 3D or similar effects, exported into Photoshop maybe for some adjustments, brought into After Effects for creating a mask so the video displays properly, probably the rest of the editing done in Premier or Similar software such as Pinnacle or Vegas.

Although it could all be done easily in After Effects if you already have footage of the flip-clock. Its as simple as creating a mask and timing the transitions properly.
