Mac Attack

Hi all, I'm a windows guy and my daughter just showed up with her Macbook (leopord ios5), with a white screen with the apple with a circle and slash thru it and it is locked down. She recently had her iphone 4 worked on and and connected it to the macbook when the problem started. She has also used public wifi before the lockdown. Any ideas, help would be helpful. Thank You
