It only took me 5+ years, but just wanted to say thank God I found you! Better late than never! I'm still working with Windows 98...now maybe I can get some of my pc ticks fixed until i can afford a new pc. Thanks in advance for the help!

I think the glow is only effective in IE. Im sorry

It does look soooo cool with the smilies though in IE.
