Server.exe Trojan Was infected by this trojan, its affected system devices

Hi, i didnt know that i was infected but i had a SERVER.exe Trojan on my computer, devices have started acting strange, now they have malfunctioned nd i cant get them to work again, i downloaded AVG which noticed this threat nd removed the trojan, but i dont know how to restore my devices now :/
