CURSOR PREFERENCES Would like to change mycursor

I'm not sure how but somehow I have a very annoying cursor, a hand and not a dimuntive one has taken the place of my cursor. How do I change it to a regular cursor or something at least less obnoxious? :dance:

Check in your accessibility settings to see if an option for it is enabled. (just a hunch)
