My ISP's webmail login page isn't encrypted, and neither is the interface itself. (webmail.inebraska.com)

When I set up this account with IMAP through Thunderbird, it warned be with a very large red box that said the imap and smtp server's aren't encrypted, or using SSL, and that I should proceed with "extreme caution." I'm thinking I should call them and let them know...should I?

Yes, call your ISP to complain. This is just laziness on their part.
