Hi All,

I am not a geek or super wiz or anything just a user like anyone else, however...

I had a problem as displayed in your pages and my 'techy' locally in Norfolk UK listens to Tech News broadcast from US.

While trying to resolve my rootkit problem he heard the guys talking about Microsoft Stand Alone System Sweeper.

We had tried all sorts of anti-virus etc and manual tricks to kill the ZAcess.

We downloaded the suggested software, burnt a CD, startewd the laptop with the disk in the drive and it worked and cleared the thing.

My Kaspersky Pure installation is now installed and keeping me protected.

Try the MS System Sweeper it seems to work.

Best of luck
