Posted Image When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.


Posted Image Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

Mole,
All done now. I followed up with all your suggestions and am set. Also tidied up my wife's laptop.
Interesting thing is though I have been using ESET NOD32 and Superantispyware and updating before full scans each weekend I still got infected. What I had not been doing was updating Adobe Reader and delaying updating windows (sometimes) so I guess that's how I got caught out.
Many thanks for your help and I have made a donation which you should have received by now.
