Trying to get Open Cloud charges reversed

I have learned my lesson. Open Cloud AV is NOT legit. It took my PC shop almost a week to get rid of it.

The $75 charge showed up on my VISA as from YOUTUBESTUDIO.PRO out of Riga, Latvia. I have not been able to find anything to link Open Cloud to this "company". Even though I showed all the screen shots, message forums, etc. VISA won't dispute it until I have something concrete.

Has anyone been able to get the charges reversed or link these two "companies" together?
