Unhide.exe problem!. Some of my files cannot be opened

I had a FakeHDD family of rogue anti-spyware programs on my computer, I ran a few virus programs and then ran unhide.exe as i could access my files. Unfortunately i still cant see some of my icons and some files cannot be opened. I have windows 7.
