When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

So ive been having this problem where internet explorer wont load in my system administrator acount, however it does run on limited account. I have done many searches with malwarebytes and avira antivirus with the computer in safe mode with networking and in normal mode. Niether one has turned up anything however when booted normally in my system administrator account internet explorer wont load. When diagnosing the problem windows tells me it cannot conect using HTTP, HTTPS or ftp (HTTP(80) HTTPS(443) FTP(21) ). I am running windows XP and am learning as i go. I have browsed through the spyware removal section, the tutorial section and lists of many tools however i dont have enough experiance to know wher to start. I hope i provided enough information to get started. Please let me know what else i need to do to get started here.
Thank, shaggyj
