How to Access the Device Manager Guide Overview This guide will explain a simple way of accessing the Device Manager. Instructions Click on the start button in the bottom left hand corner of your desktop: ![]() Double click to open the Control Panel: ![]() Double click on the System icon: ![]() Click on the Hardware tab at the top of the box (red arrow), then click on the box which says "Device Manager" (blue arrow):

You could also right click on my computer, click manage and then navigate to device manager, but then again there are many ways to skin a cat.
