BleepingComputer.com: An installer is not working

Whenever I start to install the application a window appears with the message:

"The application or DLL C:\Program Files\Pando Networks\Media Booster\nspr4.dll is not a valid Windows image.Please check this against your installation diskette"

My problem is that I can't find 'installation diskette' and I've read one of your forum in which a person named "Unbalance" asked you the same question and you give him/her some suggestions which I too followed..but there is no change,the message is continuously coming...and I would like to inform that I'm using Windows XP and I have Kaspersky as my Anti-virus....

Help required as quick as possible....thanks in advance
