Ok so I found the fix to this and its really simple unplug all USB devices. no big deal not like I use that stuff any way its just a printer

Also, next time you try running the installer or live cd, try launching with the boot parameters:
CODE noapic acpi=noirq That's what helped me when i was trying to install the 64-bit Ubuntu distro. |

BTW unplugging the USB devices is only temporary once you update FC4 you can use them again. At least thats what the fedora forum tells me.
