While watching videos my computer "lags" and makes a noise like a CD skipping It sort of buzzes when watching on netflix especially

Lately my computer has been sort of freezing up time to time, and I don't know why. I have CCleaner on my computer and Norton to help clean it up but I'm still having issues. Also my keys come out scrambled when I lag, I would press a key on the top row like t and a 9 would appear where the t should be, the 9 key is nowhere near the t =\ and Im confused. I think it may have to do with constant guard or a virus, but Im not sure.
