When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Icons will not open and can't run any antivirus protection

Firefox or any other icons on my desktop will not open. Antivirus protection is disabled somehow and I cannot enable it or run it either.
Internet explorer (64 bit) will open from the start menu somehow.
I don't know what to do!

You need to go to the AM I infected forum here as you sound like you are infected.
My first Computer had a Whopping 16K of memory @ 0.89MHz
My first hard drive held 20 Megabytes and never got filled up.
