When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Yep, two computers in the same office. While I was fixing mine at home, our "Parts department's" computer got infected. So I repeated the process on that computer.
I have now realized that both of the computers disk drives (E on his, F on mine) have not been restored. They do not show up when you look in the "my Computer" section. They are there when a search is done.
Three months ago, I had to repair a different salesman's computer and I had to repair the same "parts departments" computer last year. I now have the company buying my locations computers protection.
I was going to attach the TDSSkiller report but, I ran it twice in a row and it didn't keep the first report.
The viruses I have gotten in this office of 8 computers are:
XP Security, Microsoft Security virus, System Restore Recovery, and the mystery one that my computer had.
Unfortunatly some of my staff are not computer literate and they beleive that they are ligit programs.
Again,
Thanks for all your help.
Chris

Hi cberk74,

With the information you have provided I believe you will need help from the malware removal team. I would like you to start new threads for each infected computer HERE, as it's potentially confusing to be dealing with more than one infected computer in the same topic. Please also include links to your new topics in this thread. Please make sure that you read the information about getting started before you start your thread.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and please be patient. There is currently a large backlog of people being helped. It may take several days for someone to respond.
Regards,
Jason
