I think that about covers the Hardware ill show some pics of CPU z so u can see timings and stuff

I have Updated Drivers for Everything
I have Nvidia Control Panel Set to Maximize 3d Performance (sli)
i have the General Setting set to Performance
The Game i play is World of Warcraft and i play on a Samsung 55in 8000 series LED and it bottle necks on a 25 man raid / i tried running 3dMark and it doesnt give me high ratings for my build compared to the other people and their hardware.... i have a feeling it has to do with the bios settings i was wondering if anyone can point me the right way or figure out whats going on.
Also when watching a Movie or something the Movie Starts to skip and freeze up after playing for 20 mins or so like if its a rendering problem but then it does that for about 40 to 1 min and then continues like normal. i have a feeling that it has to do with whatever my issue is. i know for one its not the Windows 7 because i did a fresh install and still the problem occurred with both gaming and the movie issues so i don't know whats next. i tried the setting of the voltage on the memory to the correct voltage its suppose to be 1.65v i tried the xmp profile on the memory clocking. dunno what else to do someone please help.
Thank you in advance.
