BleepingComputer.com: post virus trouble

I had the data recovery virus & was able to get rid of most of it with malwarebytes & combo fix but some of my icons are still not working. My internet explorer icon will work in safe mode but not in standard mode. Other icons will work in standard mode but not in safe mode. I may still have some things hidden from the virus but don't know how to get them back. Please help.

It looks like MBAM had not removed full of the virus affected to your computer. I recommend you to install an antivirus solution and update it to the latest.. Perform a full system scan...
