Windows error 1392 windows error when attemping to install printer

OS: win xp pro sp3
CPU:HP dc7100

I am trying to install a printer through Novell Iprint and receive Windows error 1392 (attached)

I searched the Novell Iprint knowledge base and found nothing helpful - the same was the case when searching Windows.

this is a convertible minitower CMT but there has not been an attempt at system recovery or restore

If you are following the proper procedures specified by Novell...I really don't have anything I can add.

I would teke the error message at face value...and see if I can install anything directly without problems...or set up a printer normally in XP. If so, then the problem seems to only point in two directions, neither of which has much to do with XP, IMO.
