Summary tab in My Documents/Properties - Gone

When I right click a music file and go to Properties, there should be a General tab and a Summary tab, which would enable me to change the Artist, Genre, etc. The Summary tab is now missing altogether.

I've tried a re-start which didn't work. I did have a virus a few weeks ago which changed most of my file extensions, and I had to do some work in the Registry.
