I am here because my teenage son has gotten all three of our pc's infected (I think). I am hoping that a 50 something with good (but not great)computer knowledge, can undo what a 16 year has done with the help of the team here.

I have been reading for days and there is just so much info I don't know where to start or even which of the three PC's to start with.

Well here goes, feet first off of the cliff,,,,,,,

I would start with the PC your son uses less often because the problems may be fewer than with the other computers, and fixing the first may well help to fix the others as well. Please post the details of what is happening (or not happening) to the computer in the Am I Infected? Forum, so our Members can begin to help you.
Welcome to BC!

John
