Hello All

I go by Phillie65 and I have been a member for some time now. I am an onsite I.T. service tech with just 1-1/2 yrs experience as full time tech. My background is data centers, infrastructure and backbone.
Obviously with limited experience I often come across problems for the 1st time. My boss turned me onto this site and calls it the BIBLE. LOL. I am hoping to learn a lot here at warp speed :-). But primarily as a resource to access while in the field.

Im looking forward to broadening my knowledge base with your help. Thx
