Internet Connection Problems

Something's wrong with my connection or router.

My internet has been slower lately. Not noticeably, but still slower. When I enter online games, my ping skyrockets to 300 or 350. Not a PC problem, since I leeched off my neighbor's wireless and the internet ran fine. I've also done full scans with MBAM and avast.

So.... help please.

Isn't that a contradiction?

If it's not noticeable...just how do you arrive at the conclusion that it's "slower" or "faster"?
