Two things happening. You need to clean the Virus and quite possible your drivers will work again. I've seen it.
Also on a Dell there is a Dell Folder that had a drivers sub-folder C:\Dell\Drivers that has the drivers or sometimes a C:\Drivers folder that holds the drivers.

I have seen that happen before as well
That I swhy I ruggested cleaning the macine of the infection(s) before attempting to resolve the printer issue.

Hey... killed the rookit....then went to Dell and updated everything...plus the Window updates
and got AVG involved and been playing with it and everythings Kewwwllll right now....
