First you need to m ake your flash drive bootable. There's a great tool for that here. http://download.cnet.com/HP-USB-Disk-Storage-Format-Tool/3010-2094_4-11120856.html
The instructions here might help.

After that, google is your friend! :)

Hello mrs.faith ,

I have tried several make bootable USB software such as wintoflash , Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool etc, these tool is supported on normal condition ;however, (in my case ) after system infection , the only tool which could do the job is Universal USB Installer , check the following link http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/

Please not that some applications support OS image file only , for regular data file , you might consider poweriso yet the trial has limited file size conversion.

Just one another opinion :)
