Just introducing myself. I've been in the tech industry as a repair tech/IT consultant for nearly ten years now. I hold the A+ and Network+ certs, and am finishing up my preparations for my first MCTS exam. I do a ton of freelance work, and have seen quite a bit. But to fully understand IT, you have to know that you will never know it all.

I look forward to offering my assistance to those who need it.
