Any one out there can help me. I have a version 25 of xactimate. I have not used this in years, my last update of my pricing was 2008.
Today i was trying to update my pricing to the current list and they could not find my serial #. The only thing that pops up is a letter A
we cannot find our cd cover. according to xactimate thats were its located. Xactimate will not help. does anyone out there have a current serial key number that can be used or any idea to help me out?

While we empathize with your loss of serial number for your product. Asking for a key is a violation of forum rules.

Since you have previously paid for this application and wish to renew. I suggest you contact Xactware® 24/7 Online Support and work out a legal way to renew.
