I'm still really confused about conversing on BC. It seems sometimes I re-read the same thing in e-mail, notifications pop-ups, and PM's, but miss info other times. Also, there's alot of deleting duplicates. Any pointers for the flailing newb?

How do I use the standard upper right area of the BC screens?

I understand that when it has a white boxed number on the right side, I can use the pulldown to see what it is, but sometimes it has a little green boxed number on the upper right corner of my picture. What's that?

The green boxed number tells you how many unread PM's you have.

OK, green box, unread PM's.
White box, unread Notifications.
And I've been reading BC screens all day and last night so I think I get it now about how to organize myself in conversations and limit duplications.

Hello, you should also review the New User Orientation forum for a lot more forum function info.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?

You're quite welcome Steve23. It's our pleasure. And thank you for the kind words.
