Ok, never mind... I cant get explorer.exe to run at all, in safe or normal modes. When I use the run command under task manager to try and run it, it says "Windows can not access the specified file. You may not have permissions to access" Also, I have the process that keeps popping up ounder processes called SAScore.exe, its taking 99% of my CPU and when I kill it, it comes right back...What now?

Yes , If you can only run and post the DDS,thats fine.
Use Inherit.exe to fix inappropriate permissions.
Use this fix, when you see a box that states “Windows cannot not access the specified device, path, or file. You may have inappropriate permissions to access the item”.
Download This File
Save it next to DDS.zcr//Once done, drag and drop it into Inherit.exe. Click OK and attempt to run once again.
If you cannot get DDS to work, please try this instead.
Please download OTL by OldTimer and save it to your Desktop.
Important: Be sure to mention that you tried to follow the Prep Guide but were unable to get DDS to run. If OTL did not work, then reply back here.

- Close all other applications and windows so that you have nothing open and are at your Desktop.
- Double click on the OTL
icon on your desktop. - Select 30 days from the File Age: drop down menu.
- Click the "Scan All Users" checkbox.
- Click the
button to start. - Do not use the computer while the scan is in progress.
- When the scan is complete, two log files will open in Notepad:
- OTL.txt <- (will be maximized)
- Extras.txt <- (will be minimized in the Task Bar).
- OTL.txt <- (will be maximized)
- Both logs are automatically saved to the Desktop.
- Please copy the contents of OTL.txt to the clipboard by highlighting everything and pressing Ctrl+C or after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy and then paste it into a new topic in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum, NOT here.
- Also copy and paste the contents of Extras.Txt in your next reply as well. If the Extras.Txt log is too long, you may need to add a second reply to your thread.
- Click the red X in the upper right corner to exit OTL.
Important: Be sure to mention that you tried to follow the Prep Guide but were unable to get DDS to run. If OTL did not work, then reply back here.

Ok, pretty much every program I have installed on to the PC is being blocked from running. I tried to drag the explorer.exe into inherit and that didnt work. I tried to drag and drop other blocked programs into it (MBAM,DDS etc) and it looks like the inherit is being blocked from running too, when I tried to delete inherit - it said it was being used by another program and could not be deleted. I am having to run everything thru the task manager so its taking a while to find stuff...but nothing is working. I did manage to get Old Timer to run and it is running now... I Will post the results up on the other thread if the scan is successful...its scanning right now, so I will let you know what happens

OK,it may be a day or two, but they will analyze your logs and reply to you.
You will get this this off.
Now that your log is properly posted, you should NOT make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc) unless advised by a Malware Removal Team member, nor should you continue to ask for help elsewhere. Doing so can result in system changes which may not show it the log you already posted. Further, any modifications you make on your own may cause confusion for the helper assisting you and could complicate the malware removal process which would extend the time it takes to clean your computer.
From this point on the Malware Removal Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.
Please be patient. It may take a while to get a response because the Malware Removal Team members are very busy working logs posted before yours. They are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible. Once you have made your post and are waiting, please DO NOT make another reply until it has been responded to by a member of the Malware Removal Team. Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have 0 replies as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped. If you post another response there will be 1 reply. A team member, looking for a new log to work may assume another MRL Team member is already assisting you and not open the thread to respond.
To avoid confusion, I am closing this topic.
