Help
Try installing the latest video card drive from http://www.nvidia.com if they cause the same issues then assume the card is failing.

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

I have downloaded the drivers, but I get a message: "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue. The graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware."
So I assume that means I must download the driver while using my NVIDIA? If so, how can I if I can't even get to windows with my NVIDIA?

Download and install WinRAR and download the driver file and right click on the new file and select extract to the filename of the driver installation file.

My NVIDIA was able to boot windows, but would crash with graphic errors when I opened IE...

Did you update the drivers via navigating to the newly generated folder and clicking on setup?

Well in that case, I think it is safe to assume that your video card has died.
