CD Drive is posessed cd keeps ejecting itself

I was awoken at 5 this morning to my cd drive opening and shutting itself which I didn't find amusing at the time.

I have googled the problem and found that the problem could be something to do with a virus I have scanned the computer with malware bytes and avast in safe mode and not had any joy, also I have just noticed the D:/ drive isnt showing in my computer (xp s3)

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
