The AppFabric Workflow Management Service service hung on starting Event ID 7022

Hi everybody !!!!
I'm following a tutorial online about caching with appfabric I run certain code in visual studio 2010. and as soon as i execute the code, it sends error 26 SQL, after checking many things including the log i found:
