I'm looking for a good desktop manager, and I wanted to see what you guys what the people here would recommend. I don't really know what I want to do with them. Mainly just testing them out for fun. I'm using Desktops by Microsoft right now. It's alright, but it's a bit too minimalist for me.
Anyways, any comments would be appreciated. Oh, and if someone could explain the difference between a virtual desktop manager and a virtual desktop environment to me, I would love them.

normally, i would think that managers are used to control and work with environments. though,
there is probably no real difference between a virtual desktop manager and a virtual desktop environment.
people seem to use the names interchangeably.

here are 2 options:
nSpaces
and
Finestra

take care
michael
