Hi,
I somehow got the job of removing virus from computers for my company. I have experience in the past and have been successful up until now. The user was infected with one of those "Hard Drive Failure" viruses which I was able to clean but his browser is still being hijacked. I have run hijackthis and looked at the log but I do not see anything jumping out at me as dangerous so now I'm asking for help. Thanks in advance!
