BleepingComputer.com: Google redirect Virus/trogan removal

Downloaded some mp3s on work coputer and now google redirects. Ran Malwarebytes, ClamwinPortable, Spybot, Symantec's fixTDSS and CCleaner and removed hat they found but to no avail. Logs are attached.

Please do the following:

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

* IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here

• Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

• Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

• Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

• Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

Here's how to do that:

1.Click File;
2.Click Save As... Change the directory to your desktop;
3.Change the Save as type to "All Files";
4.Type in the file name: CFScript
5.Click Save ...

• Referring to the screenshot above, drag CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe.
  
• ComboFix may request an update; please allow it.
  
• ComboFix will now run a scan on your system. It may reboot your system when it finishes. This is normal.
  
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
  
• Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply.

CAUTION: Do not mouse-click ComboFix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

• Please open your MalwareBytes AntiMalware Program
  
• Click the Update Tab and search for updates
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <-- very important
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

Go here to run an online scanner from ESET.

• Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan
  
• Tick the box next to YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
  
• Click Start
  
• When asked, allow the activeX control to install
  
• Click Start
• Make sure that the option Remove found threats is unticked and the Scan Archives option is ticked.

  • Double click the TFC icon to run the program
    
  • TFC will close all open programs itself in order to run,
    
  • Click the Start button to begin the process.
    
  • Allow TFC to run uninterrupted.
    
  • The program should not take long to finish it's job
    
  • Once its finished it should automatically reboot your machine,
    
  • if it doesn't, manually reboot to ensure a complete clean
  
  It's normal after running TFC cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.

• ERUNT (Emergency Recovery Utility NT) allows you to keep a complete backup of your registry and restore it when needed. The standard registry backup options that come with Windows back up most of the registry but not all of it. ERUNT however creates a complete backup set, including the Security hive and user related sections. ERUNT is easy to use and since it creates a full backup, there are no options or choices other than to select the location of the backup files. **Be very wary with any security software that is advertised in popups or in other ways. They are not only usually of no use, but often have malware in them.
