Your operating system? (WinXP Pro, sp3)
Internet browser? (IE8) Are you able to view the video while online?
Where was the video downloaded from? Please show the URL. More info needed. Is there an option to download in a common video format? (.avi, .wmv, .mov)
Do you have Flash Player installed and is it the current version? (v.10.3.183.7) It is shown in the Control Panel.

FLASH PLAYER INSTALLED AND WORKING(I watch videos online frequently)
It is a torrent file downloaded from Kickass Torrent
Also I tried running the swf using IE but a save file dialog appears again and again.

My OS is XP Home, SP3, but I did run a .swf file on a Win 7 Professional computer, using Irfanview, just last Friday.
May be worth a shot.
