Couple of questions. I didn't install defogger, do I need to install it in order
to enable cd emulation? Was it disabled during cleanup?
Do I need Antivirus protection with the malware protection you recommended?
Or is paid version of Malwarebytes good enough to do the job?
Can you leave this thread open till end of this day? So if I have any issues, I can
just post here instead of starting a new thread.

When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

I would run one of these
1) Antivir PersonalEdition Classic - Free anti-virus software for Windows. Detects and removes more than 50,000 viruses. Free support.
2) Microsoft Security Essentials - provides real-time protection for your home PC that guards against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software.
3) avast! 4 Home Edition - Anti-virus program for Windows. The home edition is freeware for noncommercial users.
