BleepingComputer.com: Bash.exe has stopped working

hello, this pop up keeps coming up all the time, i tried to defrag clean the reg, run scans both is normal and safe mode i even tried msconfig with no luck. i googled the problem and can't find answers the only thing i know is that i have NOT downloaded cygwin so rule that out. i am running vista 64 bit
