Gmail virtual drive to run an app? Can I upload application files to gmail ?

Hello forum! I am a practicing astrologer of limited financial means (Pluto in the 2nd house). I have a very expensive program (WinStar+ by matrix) installed on my ex-wife's computer (formerly mine) and would like to use it for other clients without having to take them to her house! So, can I upload this application to the virtual drive on gmail and use them, say from the client's computer in the client's home?
