When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi,

Whenever I turn on the computer, it starts out very slow, especially at the Windows Logo (where the processing bar takes about 15 cycles before the user profiles come out). Also, I have noticed a decrease in performance, about 30%, like slow loading times in games, after I was infected by spyware.

Though there is no evident symptoms of spyware infection, could it be processor? hardware related? or I am still infected? Thanks.

Spyware, Trojans ect can and will slow down your PC....just the same problem you are having. I will not help you with what maybe an infection (there is another area for that) but what I will say is I would investigate maybe there is an infection.
