BleepingComputer.com: Search engine redirect virus

I have a virus that redirects search results to seemingly random websites when I click on them, I have tried different browsers and different search engines and they are all affected. Also occasionally internet explorer was opening by itself and going to random websites but this seems to have stopped. I have run spybot S&D, MBAM, SuperAntiSpyware, Avira both in and out of safe mode. At first they picked up malware and removed it but now they are coming out clean every time yet the problem persists. Below is a HijackThis log. I have not fixed anything detected by HijackThis.
