When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Ok i have a netbook its a Eee PC it has Windows XP on it. I;m not sure what happened to it. I try to open firefox and it doesnt even open up. I have SUPERantiSpyware that does not work because its trying to connect to the internet to get downloads but it just freezes up i have to get windows task manager up and end task because it just becomes unresponsive. Neither Firefox or Internet Explorer open they both just sit there. If i go on the computer with safemode i can open aim without it freezing and talk to people like that but still the internet does not open and if i try just freezes the computer. I don't know if i have a virus or what or if there is a way to reset this computer to factory, if anyone knows where to start i'd love some help. Thank you so much!
