Hi, my computer has major problems. This pop up for McAfee Virus Scan keeps popping up. I have tried uninstalling it, but that didn't remove it. Is there a removal software to use and also I would like to know if anything else is infected on the laptop.

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs

Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
