Hello everyone,
I have a Dell laptop Windows XP Home SP3, and was instructed to use combofix to remove malware to fix blue screen error when trying to use safe mode. Well I can use safe mode now but have no internet connection. I have yellow exclamation points on the following network drivers on the device manager :
Dell Wireless 1370 WLAN Mini-PCI card - Winpkfilter Miniport
Wan Miniport (IP) - Winpkfilter Miniport
I would appreciate your help on what to do so that I can also finish the recommended Java and Flash updates as well doing the online ESET scan.
Thanks

I guess I was premature in asking for help in this forum, because someone is trying tackle the network problem in the malware removal forum without another topic. Thanks anyway.
