Black screen Combofix

Hi,
Ever since I ran combofix on my computer, whenever I reboot a black screen comes up with a flashing underscore for a long time, then the windows logo comes up and starts up. It's so annoying takes like 15-20 minutes to start up the damn computer, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Black screen, flashing cursor...typically a scenario calling for the fixmbr command in XP.
