BleepingComputer.com: Think I have another person or pc using amd logging into my pc

I am posting the log from hijack this. If anyone with some experience take a look at it i would greatly appreciate it.
Reason i am posting is because i found unknown accounts user profiles and also under credential manager a generic credential that keeps coming back after i delete it! its called virtualapp/didlogical it has its own user name of 02dtdibrhdkr and a password i can not see. The only thing i can think it may be is the SLI patch that i am using but i dont know if its a hack or not. The patch enables sli on non sli mother boards through the use of VM.

GMER No root kits found...

I know how frustrating it is when your computer isn't working properly. Let me assure you that your topic isn't lost, forgotten, or ignored. We work with hundreds of logs every day, so we have devised a means of seeing only those topics that don't have responses yet. At the moment, we have nearly 200 unanswered topics, 135 of them older than yours. The oldest is dated Aug. 11, 2011 at 8:57:17 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings time in the U.S.A. Your log topic is dated Aug. 16, 2011 at 5:15 p.m. using the same time zone.

Our volunteer MRT team members have various levels of expertise and training, so while we try to take the oldest DDS/HJT logs, it is often the skill level of the particular helper and sometimes the operating system that dictates which logs get selected first. Some infections are more complicated than others and require a higher skill level to remove. Without that skill level attempted removal could result in disastrous results. In other instances, the helper may not be familiar with the operating system that you are using, since they use another. In either case, neither of us would want someone to assist you who is not familiar with your issue and attempt to fix it.

NOTE: you should NOT make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc) unless advised by a MRT Team member, nor should you ask for help elsewhere. Doing so can result in system changes which may not show in the log you already posted. Further, any modifications you make on your own may cause confusion for the helper assisting you and could complicate the malware removal process which would extend the time it takes to clean your computer.

IMPORTANT: From this point on the MRT Team, who will communicate with you in this topic, should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

Please be patient. It may take several days to get a response but your log will be reviewed and answered as soon as possible. I advise checking your topic once a day for responses as the e-mail notification system is unreliable.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan again:

• Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links if you no longer have it available. Save it to your desktop.
  • DDS.scr
    
  • DDS.pif
  
  
• Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  
• A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  
• Notepad will open with the results.
  
• Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  
• Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.

Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.

We also need a new log from the GMER anti-rootkit Scanner.

Please note that if you are running a 64-bit version of Windows you will not be able to run GMER and you may skip this step.

Please first disable any CD emulation programs using the steps found in this topic:
