Hi there my name is Andy and I can use a computer, I just don't know how it works! Unfortunately I no longer have access to my IT mate, went to New Zealand! So I now have to learn how to sort out problems myself, so when I ask moronic questions please be gentle with me!

Thanks, I have learnt so much already. Mainly how dumb I am for my internet browsing and the sites I visit/file sharing etc. This is a very enlightening and educating site.
