I have been using windows mail on Vista for a while with no issue

This problem started today when I try to get new email from server, my entire list of emails are trying to load on windows mail.

I now have three copies of all my emails but no new emails as of today

I tried to view my emails from the server ( Verizon/ yahoo) and I get yahoo error 5

I would appreciate any help in finding out what is causing this

I have done virus and spyware chaeck and there are no issues

There is no new hardware or software on my PC
