Only members of the Malware Response Team or Moderators are allowed to help people with logs. Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log.

When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

HJT log need help will not allow windows updates and just not right tried everything had multiple trojans and virus issues

I don't know what went wrong, but after running the eset online scanner and the Defogger the computer started running really slow. It has never taken so long to do anything. I ran the Defogger again to disable again, but I know I have to enable things again. Just trying to solve this problem first. I have to take this computer back to my grand mother in two days and it wont work for her like this. Please help.

The computer is running faster and almost everything seems to be working. For some reason I can't get zynga games to work in facebook. I can get to facebook and I can message, but the games don't show up. I have updated the flash player and I have done everything they suggest on their support page except trying a different browser, which is not an option. Any suggestions?

Reset IE::

Lets Reset IE to see if it help help things out

Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Advanced tab, click Reset
put a check mark next to Delete Personal Settings
click Reset to confirm
when complete click the close button
restart IE
